Each week the GFRS conducts a number of group training sessions at locations across Brisbane. The group training sessions cater for runners of all ages & abilities. Whether you are training for a 5km race, 10km run, half marathon, marathon, the run leg in a triathlon, an ultra-marathon or just want to get fit, then GFRS has sessions for you!

Group / Corporate Training Sessions
The GFRS has a number of coaches available to conduct small training sessions for a group of friends, businesses or corporations. These sessions are tailored to once again meet your needs and can be arranged to suit your work commitments.
Costs start from $70.00 / hour (depending on the number of participants).

Nutrition Advice
Our resident nutritionist Liz Lovering can provide you with some practical information and general guidance on nutrition. Liz has been a Chef for 22 years & has recently completed her Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Nutrition @ QUT.
